Because life is happening Now - Not when I'm Ready
From Invisible to Influential!
When you hide, you don't just miss your own life - someone else misses your light.

When you hide, you don't just miss your own life - someone else misses your light.

The Quiet Gift is a tender story of self-discovery and healing. When Emily, silenced by dyslexia and doubt, discovers a red journal and an unexpected guide, she begins to find her voice. This novel is for anyone who’s ever felt unseen—a reminder that your worth has always been there.

With 31 years of experience in leadership and 9 year in coaching, I’ve seen firsthand what drives success—and what quietly erodes it. As a former Vice President of Member Services for the Colorado Association of Realtors, director of Coaching and education, and an executive coach, I’ve trained thousands of professionals on how to grow their business while staying true to their values.
But it wasn’t the titles or accolades that shaped me. It was my journey through adversity—divorce, cancer, and the battle against burnout—that taught me the power of resilience, clarity, and re-engagement. Today, I bring that experience to every stage and coaching session, helping professionals and organizations rediscover the energy and focus they need to thrive.

My Philosophy: Presence Is the New Power
In a world that rewards noise, real leadership isn’t about saying more — it’s about being more.
When you’re calm, grounded, and authentic, everything shifts.
People trust you.
Teams engage with you.
Performance improves — not because you push harder, but because you lead from wholeness.
Presence isn’t soft — it’s strategic.
It’s what turns authority into influence and effort into impact.
You don’t have to be louder to lead.
You just have to be present.

Most professionals are overworked, overperforming, and still feeling unseen.
They’re successful on paper but disconnected from the presence that makes their leadership sustainable and their influence real.
That’s where my work begins.
Through keynotes, workshops, and my individual and group Coaching, I help professionals and teams:
Being seen starts with yourself.
When you rediscover your quiet power, you don’t just lead better — you live better.
Because presence doesn’t just change how people see you.
It changes how you see yourself.
When people don’t feel seen — by their leaders, their teams, or even themselves — it doesn’t just hurt morale. It hurts the bottom line.
1. Lost Engagement = Lost Revenue
Disengaged employees cost U.S. companies hundreds of billions each year in lost productivity.
When people feel unseen, they stop contributing their best ideas and energy.
When people don’t feel seen, they stop showing up.
2. Burnout and Turnover
Burnout is now one of the top reasons high performers leave.
Replacing even one employee can cost up to twice their salary — and even more in lost trust and momentum.
You can’t build belonging with burnt-out leaders.
3. Miscommunication and Missed Innovation
When teams operate in reactivity instead of presence, clarity disappears and creativity shuts down.
Invisibility stifles innovation — not because people lack ideas, but because they fear being unheard.
4. The Culture Cost
Employees don’t leave jobs — they leave environments where they don’t feel valued.
Presence creates trust. Trust builds connection. Connection drives performance.
Presence isn’t soft — it’s strategic. It’s what keeps people engaged, creative, and committed.
